CURB APPEAL AND HOW TO ACHIEVE IT

"CURB APPEAL" is what the viewer sees from the outside when they look at your home. A home with dirty windows is not a pleasant site. Also, if your front door shows signs of disrepair, make sure you address that issue. It may be as simple as re-painting it; if that doesn't help, it may be time to replace it. If you have a security door, make sure it too is in good shape, paint etc. Broken screens stick out like a sore thumb. Make sure they're in tact. Replace them if necessary.
